Klay Kahle began his banking career in 2021 with CSB, where he currently serves as the Assistant Banking Center Manager at our Orrville location. He is a graduate of the University of Akron, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sales Management with a concentration in Finance.

Outside of work, Klay enjoys reading, swimming at the local YMCA, watching basketball and hockey, and building connections over coffee or a meal.

What Klay values most about CSB is its small-town family feel and commitment to putting customers first. He appreciates how CSB empowers employees to make a difference in the workplace and the community.

For Klay, the most rewarding part of his job is building lasting relationships with customers. Whether it’s helping someone open their first account, secure a loan, or start saving for retirement, he enjoys being a trusted resource through every stage of their financial journey.
