Eddie Steiner
CEO
Eddie has served as a director of CSB since 2001 and became the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. He is also Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, The Commercial & Savings Bank. Eddie’s industry involvement includes currently serving as a Director on the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Ohio Bankers League. He previously served on the Banking Commission of the State of Ohio from 2013-2018, having been appointed by Governor John R. Kasich. He also served on the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors (2013-2015) and on the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's CDIAC (2011-2015). Eddie’s current civic involvement includes serving on the board of Main Street Wooster and the Wayne Economic Development Council advisory council. He is also a Director and chair of the Audit Committee of the Western Reserve Group, a mutual insurance company located in Wooster, Ohio. Eddie is a licensed CPA and a graduate of the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Prior to joining CSB, he served for 17 years in senior management at Smith Dairy Products Company (nka Smith Foods).

Paula Meiler
SVP / CFO
Paula serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. She joined CSB in 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University.

Brett Gallion
President/COO/CIO
Brett joined CSB in 2004 while attending West Holmes High School, working in CSB's Marketing Department and banking centers. He continued his employment at CSB, serving as the Berlin Banking Center Manager, while attending college. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude in August 2010, and graduated from The School of Banking with Honors in August of 2017. Brett has served as AVP/Project Analyst, AVP/Project Manager, VP/Senior Information Officer, and SOO/SIO. As President/COO/CIO, Brett leads all bank operations, information technology and services, and Retail Services. Brett is a past President of the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce and a past President of Historic Downtown Millersburg. He is active throughout the Holmes County community.

Andrea Miley
SVP / Chief Risk Officer
Andrea serves as Senior Vice President/Chief Risk Officer of The Commercial & Savings Bank. She began her banking career while attending Otterbein College and later graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She spent fifteen years in banking then worked for the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions from 2009 to early 2016. Andrea serves as a board member on Leadership Tuscarawas; is a board member of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and Governance Council; and a board member of the Convention & Visitor’s Bureau of Tuscarawas.

Bud Stebbins
SVP / Senior Loan Officer
Bud serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Loan Officer. He joined the Bank in 2001 as a Commercial Lender and was promoted to First Vice President, Senior Loan Officer in 2006. Prior to joining CSB, he spent three years as a bank examiner with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions and five years with a regional bank. He graduated cum laude from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with a major in finance. Bud continues to provide leadership for our commercial lending team in promoting customized service and convenience for our business customers in all counties we serve. Bud is a board member for The Harvest Ridge Events Center.

Ashley Vaughn
VP / Senior Operations Officer
Ashley joined CSB in 2014 and has been an officer of the bank since 2017. She became a member of the Senior Management Team as Vice President, Senior Operations Officer in August 2023. Ashley oversees the bank's Marketing, Cash Management, Digital Strategy, Electronic Banking Services, Payments and Card Services, and Customer Service Center departments. She is active in the greater Holmes County community, serving as a board member of the Holmes County Park District and in volunteer roles supporting Holmes County Friends and Neighbors of OneEighty and Love INC of Greater Holmes County. She is a 2018 Leadership Holmes County graduate with a bachelor's degree in international business and economics from Mount Union College.
