Herb began his career in banking in 2004, and he joined the CSB team in 2020. He spends his free time on the golf course, hiking local trails, or watching his children's many extracurricular activities. 

Herb values CSB's cooperative environment created by the employees across all departments and banking centers. He enjoys developing an understanding of a client's needs to help facilitate their dreams.
