Erin Crilow has been with CSB for 16 years and is currently Sugarcreek's Assistant Banking Center Manager. She has enjoyed working in numerous roles at CSB, including teller, personal banker, and assisting in the Customer Service Center.

Erin graduated from New Philadelphia High School in 2005, and outside of work, she enjoys trips to the beach, cheering on the Cleveland Browns, and caring for her garden and houseplants.

Erin values CSB's strong commitment to giving back to the communities it serves and feels proud to work for a company that prioritizes local investment.

Her favorite part of her job is the relationships she's built with customers over the years. Being part of a community bank allows her to truly know and care for those she serves, creating connections that go beyond banking.
