Elaine started her banking journey in 1974, right after graduating from New Philadelphia High School, as a teller and has been CSB’s New Philadelphia Banking Center Manager since 2008. Throughout the years she has been a teller, new accounts clerk, loan clerk, loan secretary, licensed insurance agent, loan escrow agent, lender, and assistant branch manager. During this time, she also attended Kent State University and studied Business Office Education. When not in the banking center, she loves to stay active by walking but most of all she loves to read: “As an only child, reading was not only great entertainment; it often took me places I couldn’t go.”

Her favorite part about CSB is that we work “...to build strong relationships within our communities not only through our banking services, but also through our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.” Elaine genuinely enjoys working with customers and learning about their financial needs, hopes, and dreams and being able to assist them along the way by providing proper information, guidance, and tools to help reach and maintain financial health.
