Eddie Steiner, President of The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB), recently named Ami Hammond as an Assistant Vice President of CSB. Hammond has 17 years of banking experience in Wooster. She currently serves as Manager of the Wooster Downtown Banking Center and will continue in that role.
“Ami was appointed banking center manager of CSB’s downtown Wooster location in 2014 and has excelled in her role,” stated Steiner. “In addition to providing noticeably different service to our valued customers, Ami continuously demonstrates high-quality frontline leadership, and commitment towards excellence.”
Hammond graduated from Wooster High School and obtained an Associate’s Degree from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. She is also a 2013 graduate of Leadership Wooster and completed CSB’s manager development training program. Hammond is active in the Wooster community, having served on not-for-profit boards and is a frequent volunteer at many community events. She is a past president of Wooster Noon Lions Club and received the Lion of the Year Award in 2016. Hammond resides in Wooster with her husband Matt and their two children.
